Franklin Anthony "Tony" Grant is an American actor who is famous for the voice of Prickle the dinosaur from the Gumby series and Goliath, Davey's dog from the Davey & Goliath series. He stars as a bartender from Who Censored Roger Rabbit? and Frank the receptionist from Annie Claus is Coming to Town.
